Convert tab separate file (TSV) to JSON with jq
With this command you can convert a tab separate file (TSV) into a JSON file with jq. For example, this input.tsv i-0b9adca882e5e6326 172.16.0.188 i-088dd69e5c3624888 172.16.0.102 i-0e70eac180537d4aa 172.16.0.85 will produce the showed output.

concat multiple videos into one (and add an audio track)
This is an extract from a larger script which formats the video for DVD. The videos I use have no audio track so I need to add one. Tweak as you like...

To create files with specific permission:

Send a local file via email
This just reads in a local file and sends it via email. Works with text or binary. *Requires* local mail server.

Encryption file in commad line
This will encrypt your single file and create a filename.gpg file. Option: * -c : Encrypt with symmetric cipher To decrypt dhinesh@ubuntu:~$ gpg -c sample.rb.gpg

Convert CSV to JSON
Replace 'csv_file.csv' with your filename.

Convert seconds to [DD:][HH:]MM:SS
