The arguments of "seq" indicate the starting value, step size, and the end value of the x-range. "awk" outputs (x, f(x)) pairs and pipes them to "graph", which is part of the "plotutils" package.

The biggest advantage over atoponce's nifty original is not killing the scrollback. Written assuming bash, but shouldn't be terribly difficult to port to other shells. S should be multiple spaces, but I can't get commandlinefu to save/show them properly, any help?

Put this code in a bash script. The script expects the PDF file as its only parameter. It will add a header to the PDF containing the page numbers and output it to a file with the suffix "-header.pdf" Requires enscript, ps2pdf and pdftk.
