Create a video screencast (capture screen) of screen portion, with audio (the audio you hear, not your mic)

cvlc --input-slave pulse://<device> screen:// --screen-fps=15 --screen-top=0 --screen-left=0 --screen-width=640 --screen-height=480 --sout='#transcode{vcodec=FLV1,vb=1600,acodec=aac}:std{access=file,mux=ffmpeg{mux=flv},dst=viewport1.flv}'
Errors in output don't matter. Stop recording: ctrl-c. Result playable with Flash too. IMPORTANT: Find a Pulse Audio device to capture from: pactl list | grep -A2 'Source #' | grep 'Name: ' | cut -d" " -f2
Sample Output
$ cvlc --input-slave pulse://alsa_output.pci-0000_00_1b.0.analog-stereo.monitor screen:// --screen-fps=15 --screen-top=0 --screen-left=0 --screen-width=640 --screen-height=480 --sout='#transcode{vcodec=FLV1,vb=1600,acodec=aac}:std{access=file,mux=ffmpeg{mux=flv},dst=viewport1.flv}'
VLC media player 2.0.1 Twoflower (revision 2.0.1-0-gf432547)
...
<ctrl-c>
$ # // file written

What Others Think

Handy! Note that you can just leave out the '' part. Managing the recording device can then simply be managed by using `pavucontrol` in the "recording" tab. Additionally, you may need to enable the monitor of your audio output on the "input devices" tab.

Here they have shared the code to create a video screencast capture and I think it is useful for those who have no idea of it so you can try the code which was provided and should definitely share your review zebra zc350

Working with a computer is an essential part of many people's lives these days. Have you ever needed the screen function? So to perform this operation, you need special applications such as https://www.movavi.com/support/how-to/mp4-recorder.html Program movavi screen recorder with a fairly simple and intuitive interface in Russian, running on a platform of windows and Mac, with a large set of features and capabilities, simultaneous recording with webcam, not much loading the system, recording clear images, allowing you to try almost all the features already in the free version, and while not very expensive and permanent license, I think can help many in the study and work.
