It is difficult to write the correct code without knowing English at a sufficient level. But every day I try to enrich my knowledge: I read articles, watch video lessons. And I found an excellent channel that clearly explains all the nuances, but also in English. That's why I use Vidby to get me a quick translation and dubbing in my native language. The quality of machine translation is indistinguishable from human translation.
