'jot' does not come with most *nix distros, so we need to use seq to make it work. This version tested good on Fedora 11.

List files older than one year, exluding those in the .snapshot directory
Useful when you want to cron a daily deletion task in order to keep files not older than one year. The command excludes .snapshot directory to prevent backup deletion. One can append -delete to this command to delete the files : $ find /path/to/directory -not \( -name .snapshot -prune \) -type f -mtime +365 -delete

Opens an explorer.exe file browser window for the current working directory or specified dir (Fixed)
This alternative either opens the current working directory by just issuing the open function in the commandline. Or you can specify what directory you would like to open. Example: open /cygdrive/c/Windows Usage: open [path] When no option is specified it will open the current working directory
