Shows all block devices in a tree with descruptions of what they are.

[vim] Clear a file in three characters (plus enter)
% selects every line in the file. 'd' deletes what's selected. It's a pretty simple combination.

This is based on __unixmonkey73469__ answer. You will need to supply `--multiline 1` option to JSON importer if your .json is multiline (i.e. it was prettyfied) And you still need catmandu installed via `cpanm Catmandu`

Add thousand separator with sed, in a file or within pipe
Does not necessarily require a file to process, it can be used in a pipe as well: $ cat filename | sed -e :a -e 's/\(.*[0-9]\)\([0-9]\{3\}\)/\1,\2/;ta' I don't remember where I copy/pasted this from, I wish I credited the original author

NICs, IPs, and Mac
Needed to get the Mac of various devices on a solaris box, but didn't have root. This command used awk to display the Network device, the IP, and the MAC a line at a time.

Installs pip packages defining a proxy
