Start screen in detached mode
Start screen in detached mode, i.e., already running on background. The command is optional, but what is the purpose on start a blank screen process that way? It's useful when invoking from a script (I manage to run many wget downloads in parallel, for example).

Randomly run command
Randomly decide whether to run a command, or fail. It's useful for testing purposes. . Usage: ran PERCENTAGE COMMAND [ARGS] Note: In this version the percentage is required. . This is like @sesom42 and @snipertyler's commands but in a USABLE form. . e.g. In your complicated shell script, put "ran 99" before a crucial component. Now, it will fail 1% of the time allowing you to test the failure code-path. $ ran 99 my_complex_program arg1 arg2

in place of "output-filename.mp4" put the name you want the file to be named with. in place of "youtube-video-link" put the link of the Video page eg: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AclA-7YntvE in place of "format-number" put the number of the file format you would like How to get the "format-number" to get format number type in below command before running this command $ youtube-dl -F "youtube-video-link" and it will list all the available formats with the format number, like to download in 360p mp4 use the number "18" To automatically let it fetch the best quality available just remove the -f "format-number" and you are good to go.
